I provided the IBM Watson Internet of Things marketing team with content development, quality assurance, publishing and metrics reporting services. I led a content audit in 2017 which resulted in significant improvements to their content engagement KPIs by year end. I identified business requirements and interfaced with IT teams and stakeholders to deliver improvements.
Watson Customer Engagement
I served as the asset publishing and translation focal for the extended Watson Customer Engagement content marketing team. I provided consulting on content processes and tools, generated Document IDs, Offer codes and marketing URLs, and published final client-facing assets. I worked with taxonomy experts across IBM to deliver effective content categorization and metrics.
I helped lead the first wave of adoption of the Kapost third-party content creation and workflow platform for the Watson Health content marketing team. The team included people from many different acquired companies, and I trained them in understanding and performing specific IBM content marketing processes, to ensure consistent quality of content and accuracy of content analytics.
